1.About Pocket Moth

Pocket Moth is a gentle wellbeing companion for everyday comfort and reflection. Pocket Moth offers guided moments, reminders, timers, private notes, and optional Plus features.

2.Not medical advice

Pocket Moth is not a medical device. Pocket Moth does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, sleep scoring, or sleep-quality measurement. If you need medical, mental health, or emergency support, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3.Pocket Moth Plus

Pocket Moth Plus is available as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Plus features may include longer moments, additional comfort soundscapes, and overnight companion features. Pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase flow.

4.Managing subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5.Free and paid features

Pocket Moth may include free features and paid Plus features. We may update, change, add, or remove features over time.

6.Acceptable use

Do not use Pocket Moth for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, subscriptions, or related services.

7.Availability

Pocket Moth may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the app over time. We aim to keep Pocket Moth reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8.Apple

Pocket Moth is distributed through Apple's App Store. Where applicable, Apple's standard terms and App Store rules may also apply.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as Pocket Moth changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
